About Caitlin

Caitlin Mahoney is a Partner in Cox & Palmer's Moncton office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Thomas University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick, then summered and articled with the firm before being called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2012. Her practice spans insurance, commercial and employment litigation as well as restructuring and insolvency matters, and she has appeared at various levels of court in the province. Mahoney has contributed to presentations and publications for organizations including the Journal of Insolvency in Canada and the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
