About Geneviève

Geneviève Grey is a partner at Grey Casgrain and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2013. She earned a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) from Université Laval in 2012, after completing a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science at McGill University in 2008. She has litigated cases in human rights law, family law, civil law including defamation and oppression remedies, professional law, and criminal law, and has been a civil, commercial and labour mediator since 2016. In 2021 she pleaded before the Supreme Court of Canada alongside Julius Grey in Ward v. Quebec, and she has appeared at every level of court in Quebec, including the Court of Appeal. She also serves as the firm's general manager and social media manager.
