About Papa

Papa Adama Ndour became a member of the Quebec Bar in 2022. He is a graduate of Université Laval (LL.B.), where he interned with the judiciary and worked as a research assistant, and holds an LL.M. from the Université de Montréal. His practice covers civil litigation, constitutional law and administrative law, and he is currently research lawyer for the respondent in Procureur général du Québec c. Joseph-Christopher Luamba, a constitutional challenge before the Court of Appeal. He also holds a B.Sc. in international studies and has a particular interest in the integration of law into social reality.
