About Sandra

Sandra Mastrogiuseppe is a partner in the litigation practice group specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience before the Superior and Appellate courts of Québec and the Federal Court of Canada, working on contractual conflicts, injunctions, seizures and shareholder disputes, and regularly advises clients on oppression remedies. She has represented public and private companies including BCE, CGI Group, Dollarama, Home Depot Canada and Reitmans. Mastrogiuseppe chairs Concordia University's Student Tribunals and chairs the local board of the Salvation Army's L'Abri d'espoir and Booth Centre. She is fluent in Italian and active in Montreal's Italian community, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for corporate and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
