About Gaynor

Gaynor Yeung, KC, is a Partner at DWF Canada in Vancouver. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996 and the Yukon Bar in 2011, she holds an LL.B. and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. She joined the firm in 1998 and has three decades of litigation experience across every level of the BC courts. She was appointed King's Counsel in 2024 and served three terms as an elected Bencher of the Law Society of BC. Recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for insurance law and personal injury litigation, her current practice emphasizes mediation, supported by training through Pepperdine University and UBC and a trauma-informed practice certification.
