About Greg

Greg DelBigio has extensive experience representing individuals, directors and corporations in income tax audits and in complex investigations, prosecutions and appeals for tax evasion, civil asset forfeiture, mutual legal assistance and extradition, including cases within Canada and cases that are offshore or transnational. He also has extensive experience in cases involving the Charter of Rights and appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been an adjunct professor at the Allard School of Law at UBC and is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs.
