About Jennifer

Jennifer Devins is a partner at Roper Greyell advising employers, including school boards, post-secondary institutions, municipalities, and health authorities, on labour, employment, and human rights law. She has managed cases involving constitutional, novel, and sensitive issues, particularly harassment, human rights, school law, and Charter matters, and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in British Columbia, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and labour arbitrators. She is also regularly retained as an independent investigator on complaints of misconduct, bullying, harassment, or assault. She holds a BA (Hons) in English and an LLB, both from UBC, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2006.
