About Gary

Gary practices exclusively as a civil litigator, representing clients at all court levels in Ontario and the Federal Courts. His practice includes product liability, shareholder oppression, construction lien, insurance claims and contract disputes, along with a particular expertise in sports law representing athletes and sports organizations. He has been awarded a 'BV' rating by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating an exemplary reputation and well-established practice. Gary currently serves as the firm's managing partner. He is active in the Ottawa music community, having served as a director of Opera Lyra Ottawa and the Ottawa Bach Choir and as president of the National Capital Suzuki School of Music, and he is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the County of Carleton Law Association, the American Association for Justice and the Canadian Bar Association.
