About Gaetana

Tania Campisi is a litigation lawyer with a varied practice who articled at Stieber Berlach LLP and has appeared at trials, appeals, applications, and motions before multiple courts and tribunals in Ontario. Over more than ten years she has represented clients in cases touching on employment law, defamation, human rights complaints, municipal and environmental liability, professional liability, medical malpractice, class actions, and construction law disputes. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and also belongs to the Canadian Bar Association. Before attending law school, Tania worked as an insurance underwriter. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, completed with an exchange year at Queen's University, along with a BA (Hons) from Carleton University, and she has since earned Osgoode certificates in privacy and cybersecurity law and in construction law.
