Carly Valentine is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group at Cassels whose broad litigation practice encompasses complex disputes involving commercial issues and all aspects of intellectual property including patents, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. Her experience includes complex pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance Regulations. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School as Executive Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal.
