About Fred

Fred Wynne is an employment and human rights lawyer who has practised exclusively in those areas since his call to the bar of British Columbia in 2008. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and before tribunals including the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, and served as second chair in a leading decision on bad faith in employment termination. Wynne is a trained mediator certified by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and was appointed an adjudicator of the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal in 2018. He is active in the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch, the Lawyers' Inn Society, and the Trial Lawyers' Association of BC, and became a shareholder of TGC in 2020.
