About Blair
Blair Curtis is TGC's most senior lawyer and head of litigation, with more than 27 years in employment law practice. He has been recognized on the Three Best Rated list of Vancouver employment lawyers for over ten years and was recommended by Doyle's Guide as a leading B.C. employment lawyer in 2022. Curtis has handled wrongful dismissals, severance disputes, human rights complaints, and employment contract matters, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as federal and provincial tribunals. He drafts and advises on executive employment agreements, stock option agreements, and non-competition clauses, and has written and presented extensively for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia's employment law programs. He practised for six years at a large national law firm before joining Tevlin Gleadle in 2004, becoming shareholder and head of litigation in 2014.
