About Matthew

Matthew Gervan is a founding partner of McNally Gervan Lawyers LLP, practising injury and insurance disputes on behalf of individuals and businesses. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003, beginning his career at a full-service Ottawa firm before co-founding McNally Gervan. His practice covers motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, environmental claims, fire losses and life insurance disputes. He serves as president of Reach Canada, sits on the board of Able2, and in 2022 received the Gordon Henderson Award from the County of Carleton Law Association.
