Paul Auerbach is counsel at McNally Gervan Lawyers LLP, focusing on civil litigation and insurance law for more than two decades. He worked at a leading Toronto litigation firm before moving to Ottawa and joining McNally Gervan as partner in 2013. His practice includes serious personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, defective product liability, and professional negligence claims against lawyers, doctors and other health care providers, as well as claims against police forces and the RCMP. He has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Brain Injury Association of Ottawa Valley.
