Paulina Wisniewska has practiced as a lawyer and trademark agent at Nexus Law Group since November 2019, focusing on trademark and copyright law. She holds a Joint Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and the World Intellectual Property Organization, a graduate-level common law degree from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, law degrees from the University of Warsaw and Universite de Poitiers, and a copyright certificate from Harvard University. She contributes to INTA's Well Known Marks Committee and provides input for the Trademark Agent exam at the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents, and has previously worked for the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York.
