About Clinton

Clinton Lee is a partner whose practice covers all areas of intellectual property, primarily litigation, and he has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada and the British Columbia Supreme Court. He also has extensive involvement with domestic and foreign patent, design, and trademark filings and prosecution, and coordinates many clients' international patent and trademark portfolios and licensing matters. Before joining the firm, he was General Counsel (Intellectual Property) for one of Canada's leading suppliers of home improvement products, where he coordinated the company's IP portfolio and related litigation. He is a registered Canadian patent and trademark agent and an affiliate of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
