About Florence
Florence Chiu has advocated for personal injury victims since starting her career in 2005. Clients value her careful, attentive approach to case management, and she has built strong professional relationships with opposing counsel over the years. After working at several personal injury firms, she joined Goodman Elbassiouni LLP in 2019. Her practice today centers on personal injury and insurance litigation, particularly motor vehicle accidents, disability claims, slip and fall incidents, and commercial host liability. She has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals, including jury trials. Florence studied finance at the University of Toronto's Rotman School before earning her law degree at Osgoode Hall and being called to the bar in 2005.
