About Goodman Elbassiouni LLP

Goodman Elbassiouni LLP is a personal injury firm with two offices in Toronto, one near Pearson International Airport and one in Scarborough. The practice takes on motor vehicle, motorcycle, pedestrian, and e-scooter or e-bike accident claims, slip and falls, dog bites, WSIB and work injury claims, long term disability claims, and wrongful death claims. It takes motor vehicle accident and slip and fall claims on a contingency fee basis with no upfront retainer, so clients don't pay unless a claim settles or succeeds.

Co-founder Corey Goodman graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario and studied at Osgoode Hall Law School, receiving the Country of York Centennial award there. Goodman is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Barristers' Society of Nova Scotia, and worked on the insurance, labour, and corporate side for large employers before moving into injury law. Several of the firm's paralegals previously worked for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and team members Mohamed Elbassiouni and Sam Elbassiouni serve clients in English and Arabic.
