About Amneet
Amneet Kaur is a personal injury associate who is dual-licensed to practice in Ontario and India. Before her call to the Ontario Bar in 2025, she practised criminal, family, and employment law in India, served as a panel lawyer for Legal Aid, and gained experience as an intern in mediation with the Punjab and Haryana Court of Appeal, developing insight into alternative dispute resolution processes. Her background also includes insolvency and real estate work, giving her a broad understanding of financial and property matters that she applies to personal injury litigation. She holds a Master of Laws from Panjab University (2019) and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the same school (2017), plus a postgraduate diploma in intellectual property rights.
