About Robert

Robert T. Anderson, known as Bob, is a partner in the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson who focuses on corporate and commercial law. With more than 35 years of experience, he advises owner-managed businesses and individuals on matters spanning agribusiness, banking and financial services, real estate, and transportation and logistics. His practice areas include corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Bob earned his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1983 and his B.A. from the University of Alberta in 1980, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1984. He is a member of the Canadian and Alberta Bar Associations and has served as a director of several corporations, including the Alberta Title Insurance Agency.
