About Ferial
Ferial Fekri is an associate with the Emerging and High Growth Companies group in Osler's Toronto office, with a practice centred on venture capital, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic reorganizations, and general corporate work. Ferial has represented emerging companies at various stages of their life cycle, along with investors, in financing rounds ranging from Seed to Series D and beyond. Ferial completed a J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where Ferial also worked with the LLM International Program at Osgoode Professional Development. Ferial belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, and contributes to Osler's relationships with Next Canada and Pro Bono Ontario's Legal Advice Hotline.
