About Jeff

Jeff Klam is a corporate and securities lawyer with over 20 years of experience, focused on M&A and financing transactions. He began his career at a Bay Street firm before working as counsel in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission and later as general counsel of a gold mining company. He joined Caravel Law and now advises entrepreneurs from incorporation through financing and exit.
