About Lorne
Lorne Weinstock practices plaintiff personal injury litigation in Ontario. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from York University in 1998 and graduated from the Windsor Faculty of Law in 2001, articling at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto before being admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002. His practice covers motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall cases, catastrophic and brain injuries, pedestrian accidents, disability matters, and occupiers' liability actions. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals, building a reputation as an effective negotiator over his career. In his free time, Lorne enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
