About Fady
Fady is a criminal lawyer and partner at Friedman Mansour LLP. After graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015, he clerked at the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta before articling with a defence firm in Edmonton and being called to the Alberta bar in 2016. He is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories, and has represented clients charged with murder, attempted murder, firearms offences, major sexual assault, drug trafficking, and child pornography. An avid target shooter and hunter, he has a particular interest in firearms law and offences under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2016, the Northwest Territories bar in 2017, and the Ontario bar in 2018, and belongs to the Defence Counsel Association of Ottawa and the Criminal Lawyers' Association.
