About Eugene
Eugene Bodnar is a partner practising civil litigation, with particular experience in commercial disputes, fraud and insurance claims spanning energy, aviation, construction, professional liability and directors' and officers' liability matters. He has handled internal investigations and regulatory compliance work, and has litigated across multiple Canadian jurisdictions as well as before the Supreme Court of Canada. He joined Scott Venturo Rudakoff LLP in January 2017 after more than 25 years at an international firm. Eugene was called to the Alberta bar in 1992 and holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and a BA from the University of Alberta.
