About Alain
Alain Fournier concentrates his practice exclusively on tax law, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and corporate reorganizations. Alain belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF), and the International Fiscal Association. Alain also sits on the APFF's Montreal Regional Activities Committee and has written and spoken on tax law topics at various conferences.
