Paul Kiley is a partner in the Charlottetown office who advises banks, alternative lenders, business owners, property developers, and technology and bioscience companies. His work has included representing a commercial property developer on the construction of an 80-room hotel, advising an insurer on financing for a wind farm project, and acting for a Prince Edward Island bioscience company on the sale of its diagnostic division to a multinational pharmaceutical company. He earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 1998 and a B.B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1995, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 1999. He was named King's Counsel in 2023 and previously served as managing partner of the Charlottetown office.
