About Erin
Erin MacDonald is an associate lawyer on Nelligan Law's Family Law team, supporting clients through domestic agreements, mediation, and litigation. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Sociology with a specialization in Criminology from the University of Waterloo and earned her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2022, being called to the bar in 2023. Her legal career began with a focus on criminal law, and, a Hamilton native, she previously worked with the John Howard Society supporting individuals and families affected by the criminal justice system before attending law school.
