About Samuel

Samuel Cohen heads Osler's Translation Practice Group and is based in the Montreal office. He has worked in the Legal Translation Department for more than fifteen years. His work focuses on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. He reviews French-language prospectuses, take-over bid circulars, management information circulars, and proxy materials for issuers in the financial services, technology, biopharmaceutical, and real estate sectors. Samuel also reviews French translations of continuous disclosure documents for major mutual fund managers.
