About Manuel
A partner in the firm's Waterloo Region office, Manuel Martins advises owners, investors and lenders with strategic business guidance and in the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. He is a member of the firm's Financial Services Industry Group and its executive committee, acting for lenders and borrowers with emphasis on commercial financings and secured transactions. His practice extends to corporate commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and asset and share transactions, with experience in cross-border transactions in the UK, US, European Union, Mexico and China.
