About Nima

Nima Azizi is a partner at Avanessy Giordano LLP who has devoted his career to plaintiff-side personal injury law. He handles motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall cases, and other complex insurance disputes, and has resolved hundreds of matters involving permanent or catastrophic impairments. Nima appears before the Superior Court of Justice, including jury trials, and regularly represents clients in accident benefits disputes at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He is a longtime member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor and a philosophy degree from the University of British Columbia, and volunteered at community legal clinics during law school representing underprivileged clients.
