About Imtiaz
Imtiaz Hosein joined Campisi Law in 2017, the same year he was called to the Ontario bar. He represents catastrophically injured and disabled clients in tort claims and accident benefits disputes. Beyond individual cases, he leads the firm's summer student and articling programs, mentoring newer advocates. He's also pursuing broader claims aimed at restoring common-law remedies for accident victims, challenging insurer practices that deny benefits to people with pre-existing conditions, and protecting the Charter rights of accident benefits claimants. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
