Michelle Linka earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008 and has practiced personal injury litigation since then. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal.
