Ryan Moriarty is the managing partner at P&M Personal Injury Law and has spent virtually his entire career in personal injury law. He began by representing insurance companies in claims arising from aircraft accidents before turning his focus to advocating for injured plaintiffs. His litigation experience includes appearances before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, along with seeking leave to appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada.
