Emmanuelle is an associate with Gowling WLG in Ottawa and joined the Ontario bar in 2024. Courtroom experience already reaches from Small Claims Court through the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, plus the Federal Court and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. At the Supreme Court of Canada, Emmanuelle was among the Gowling lawyers acting for an association of Ontario public school boards that intervened in the appeal over Quebec's Act respecting the laicity of the State, which the Court heard in March 2026.

Emmanuelle studied common law in French at the University of Ottawa. The Tokyo Olympics brought an internship with a service that resolves sports disputes. On the advocacy front, Emmanuelle collected the individual oral advocacy award at the Michel Bastarache Moot, a competition built around language rights, along with team and factum honours, and was a member of uOttawa's 2023 Laskin moot team. Work as a teaching assistant and a research assistant rounded out those years.
