Kimberly Dewar is a Counsel in the inSource group in Toronto managing e-discovery and document production for domestic and multinational matters including consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation and Competition Bureau investigations. She also advises on data-retention policies for public and private-sector clients. Prior to focusing on e-discovery, Dewar practiced real property and wills and estates law.
