He practises dispute resolution and regulatory law and is a qualified arbitrator. His litigation practice includes representing clients in banking, commercial, competition, product liability, privacy, securities, insurance and franchise litigation, with extensive experience in class action litigation. On the regulatory side, he provides advice to businesses involved in manufacturing, supply and sale of food, over-the-counter drug products, natural health products, drug products, medical devices and other consumer products. He advises on consumer protection, regulatory and marketing issues, and has appeared as counsel in regulatory matters involving nurses, pharmacists, lawyers and real estate agents.
