About Emma

Emma Neynens is originally from Enfield, Nova Scotia, and is a graduate of Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law. She moved to New Brunswick to article with a personal injury firm in 2016 and has practised in personal injury and insurance law throughout her career, joining MacGillivray Law in 2023. She has appeared before the Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick, the Provincial and Probate Courts of New Brunswick, and the Supreme and Provincial Courts of Nova Scotia. She was called to the bar in New Brunswick in 2017 and in Nova Scotia in 2019.
