About Stacey
Stacey England is a partner at Burchell MacDougall practicing exclusively in personal injury law, representing clients injured in accidents, slip and falls, and historical sexual assault claims since her call to the bar in 2010. She has appeared at all levels of the Nova Scotia courts on motions, trials and appeals, and favours alternative dispute resolution leading to early settlement while remaining prepared to go to trial. She is an active member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and a board member of the Atlantic Plaintiff Trial Lawyers Association, and was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation.
