Ramsey serves as co-head of the firm's Technology Contracting Practice, counseling businesses in Canada and the United States on commercial deals involving tech development and procurement, blockchain, digital and e-commerce solutions, data distribution and privacy compliance. Ramsey's clients range from technology providers and retailers to pension funds, financial institutions and government agencies, along with companies in the asset management, energy and securities industries. Ramsey also co-heads the firm's Data Governance and Strategy Group, advising on data protection, management and commercialization matters.
