Employment & Labour LawMichelle Lahey is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, with a practice covering labour and employment, energy and natural resources, regulated professions, and corporate commercial law. Her litigation experience includes matters before every level of the Nova Scotia courts, the Federal Courts, and a range of administrative tribunals. She holds a BA (Hons) and a Certificate in Public Administration from Cape Breton University and went on to complete a BCL/LLB at McGill University's Faculty of Law, before being called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2018. Beyond her practice, Michelle lectures at Cape Breton University's School of Arts and Social Sciences, chairs the Brain Injury Association of Nova Scotia, and serves as vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Talent Trust.
