About Elias
Elias is a Partner in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, with extensive experience in condominium law and residential construction representing developers and investors. He has acted for local and national companies on the acquisition and management of multi-unit residential properties and advised major land developers on subdivisions, land use planning and development agreements. Elias is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, having chaired its Nova Scotia Real Property section, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada for real estate law since 2013.
