About Paul

Paul Chudnovsky is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, practising with the firm's Family Law group. He completed an Honours Double Major in History and Contemporary Studies at the University of King's College and a Master's degree in History from Western University before earning his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2018. He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2019, after gaining litigation experience with Legal Aid Ontario and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service during law school. Before joining Cox & Palmer, he practised at a mid-sized firm in the Annapolis Valley. Paul advises clients on separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and division of property and debt, and assists with family law agreements including cohabitation contracts, separation agreements, adoptions and uncontested divorces. He also assists with adult representation applications under the Adult Capacity and Decision-Making Act.
