About Eli
Eli Goldberg practices at Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP, where he defends motor vehicle accident and other personal injury claims, along with property claims, subrogation matters and insurance coverage issues. He earned a BA (Hons.) from York University in 2015 and a JD from Queen's University in 2019, and was called to the bar in 2020. While in law school he volunteered at Queen's Legal Aid, offering free legal help to low-income residents of Kingston. Before joining the firm in 2022, he worked for a professional negligence insurer and then practiced personal injury litigation representing injured claimants, giving him insight into both sides of these disputes. He has appeared in the Superior Court, Small Claims Court and Ontario Court of Justice.
