About Bruce
Bruce Keay is a partner at Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP who has practiced civil litigation exclusively, specializing in personal injury, since being called to the Ontario bar in 1990. He has represented insurers in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. His work covers accident benefits, bodily injury claims, loss transfer claims, and priority disputes handled through private arbitration. Bruce earned his B.A. from Acadia University in 1985 and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988, and he has presented on personal injury and statutory accident benefits topics to insurers, the Law Society, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
