About Brian
Brian Tsui completed a Global Business and Digital Arts degree at the University of Waterloo in 2011 before working in corporate project management. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2023 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2025. During law school he took part in the Conflict Analytics Lab, studying how data science and machine learning can be applied to dispute resolution. After his call, he practiced at a personal injury litigation firm in Richmond Hill, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident and occupiers' liability matters and appearing before the Superior Court of Justice. Brian joined Malach Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP in 2026 and remains a supporter of his former Queen's golf teammates.
