About Russell
Russell joined Malach, Fidler Sugar + Luxenberg LLP after being called to the Ontario bar in 2011. His practice has focused on defending motor vehicle accident and other personal injury claims, defending property claims, pursuing subrogation claims, and handling insurance coverage issues. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the License Appeal Tribunal, and Small Claims Court, and has assisted as junior counsel on trials. Russell completed an Honours BA at the University of Western Ontario in 2007 and a JD from Western's law school in 2010, articling at a small Sarnia litigation firm focused on plaintiff personal injury work before his call. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates Society.
