About Robert

Robert Kram completed his BA with Honours in political science and economics at the University of Toronto before earning his LLB there and being called to the Ontario Bar in 1972. His practice centers on plaintiff personal injury litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and insurance coverage disputes, and he has handled numerous jury and non-jury trials along with appeals before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has presented papers at continuing legal education seminars for lawyers and medical professionals on serious personal injury and accident benefits issues.
