About Eileen

Eileen Church Carson is an associate in OKT LLP's Toronto office, where her practice centers on litigation over Aboriginal and treaty rights along with contract and corporate disputes involving First Nations. Before joining OKT, she spent three years at a boutique Toronto litigation firm focused on commercial disputes, and she clerked for Justice Southcott at the Federal Court of Canada. She holds a J.D. with a certificate in Aboriginal Legal Studies from the University of Toronto, where she co-led the Indigenous Rights Working Group and served as senior editor of the Indigenous Law Journal. She was also a summer research fellow at the Max Planck Institute in Germany and represented U of T at the Wilson Moot. She is called to the bar in Ontario.
