About Hugh

Hugh Seong Seok Lee is a partner at Cassidy Levy Kent's Ottawa office with a decade of experience in international trade law, assisting clients on trade issues from both private and institutional perspectives. He previously worked as a dispute settlement lawyer for the World Trade Organization, serving with the Appellate Body Secretariat and the Rules Division on fisheries subsidies negotiations. He holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa and a B.Comm. with distinction from Trinity College, University of Toronto.
